Weight Reduce without Any Effort

If you are love to foods, you are fat, and has big belly. When you looking for the foods, if you don't have control, lot of ill effect are going to be happens to yourself. What would you gave from foods. Only gave you your body system existence.

There is many methods to reduce your weight factor in this world. Some of the things are exercising, lot of medicine, Green tea, etc. Those things are some times expensive and time consumption. How much foods you need to exist your body system. it will depend on your daily routine. if you are mind over strain, you don't need much more foods. If you are body over strain person you need some more foods.

What is the system in your body existence.? It is very ridiculous system isn't it? If you look at closely of foods, it is smell is good. It is taste is good. your are taking more and more on it. But when you feel smell it goes in to mind and it is good thought, but if it is bad it is sad thought. when you eat, only tongue feel it taste, After that there is no feeling of it.

Another point, what will happens to your tasted, good smell foods after digestion. It is good or not? Sound smell. Good Looking or not? It can not be see it. There is not good feeling at all. You need to think about it closely. You need rethink regularly,what will happens to foods within the body. Keep remember when you take it.


Gradually, you need to practice this system. Then you have reduce to your eating system step by step. This could be bit of hard initially, but keep practicing reality of this world. you can reduce this one gradually.
