How to Stop Smoking

If you are smoker, you don't have enough mental power to stand up against whether happiness , sadness or both. You could have different different reasons to smoke. But all this things depend on how you are going to abstract that situation or scenario or whatever circumstances.

You watch your thoughts regularly when you want to smoke. what will do heart saying during the smoking. it will be full of thoughts are coming and going. Whatever you thought before it would not happens and but you gradually accept it. If you are finish that smoking you are accepted.

When you remember the the that scenario or situations that could in your memory that won't accept you do again smoking. Then your thoughts are going on and that earlier discomfort or comfort accept it ultimately. If you have face difficult/happy situations that is  on your memory in rigidly that could you make chain smoker.



Most of the smoker want to stop it. But there is no real background to do that. I tell you one of the thing to practice to you. There is no any circumstances that you want to control it as you need. Therefore any thing would happen,please accept it. Be flexible on your mind. Keep focusing on your thoughts when you feel it. Think reverse thoughts in your mind like what are the side effect of smoking.

Do try to stay on current moment. Stay on Past or future will be harmed to you. Do the good karma that will be help for others that could generate happiness for you. Stay honestly. Keep practice this regularly that will stop your smoking.
