Sexual abilities are gone. Once you can not control your self any thing you love to your self.
Therefore in this world you got from your eyes is illusion. It is not the truth. Your favorite artist, Your favorite place, Your mother,Your Father every thing going to be changed. There fore you have to love yourself, but you don't need to addict to any thing you got from your eyes. You need to be rethink every thing going to be change.
In other hand, You don't need to hate to your self regarding what you see from your eyes. If you think you are not fair enough. who is tell you. it is relativity. All the peoples in this world are not equally fair. That's the nature. Once you realize both of the fair figure and ugly figure is going to be change with time. That will be posted later.
Therefore you have to be thought intermediately what ever thing. Don't addict or don't hate for any thing you see from your eyes.
